We strongly recommend you follow these guidelines when returning a myLEADERBOARD device
- Use a rigid box with flaps intact
- Wrap all items separately
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Place a duplicate address label inside the package
- Use strong tape designed for shipping (Do not use string or paper over-wrap)
- Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return information
- For your protection we recommend insuring the package for a minimum of $450
- Upon receipt of your device we will send a confirmation email
- The shipper is responsible for providing adequate postage
